Torrent Auto Group has an exciting opportunity for a Management Analyst to collects, reviews, and analyzes information in order to make recommendations to the company. This role defines the nature and extent of problems, and analyzes relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.
Job Description:
Conduct organizational research that covers Torrent’s national branches and gather relevant data on organizational procedure and management and identify potential problem or improvement;
Review documents and financial records and consult with executive team to design new SOP or management system for Torrent as well as its subsidiaries and branches;
Consult with internal personnel and external customers, suppliers, etc. to gather information about the functioning of Petitioner’s established current system;
Design and improve processes to achieve operational excellence and define employee performance metrics;
Monitor supplier, vendor and leasing contacts, including purchase, leasing management, and supplier shipment;
Prepare, implement, and manage organizational SOPs to be applied to Torrent’s various branches and internal manuals;
Monitor the implementation of newly designed management system of proceeding and make necessary improvement.
Education / Experience Requirements
B.A/B.S. in Management, Economics, Project management or equivalent degree required. Relevant Master's degree preferred.
Knowledge of e-commerce, financial analysis, management analysis, risk management, decision-making analysis is required for a candidate to succeed the position.
Proficient to advanced experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Consulting/Finance/accounting experience preferred.
Management Analyst experience preferred.
